What is somatic intimacy coaching?

Somatic means body-based. Most of us have spent our lives thinking about intimacy rather than feeling it — analyzing, managing, performing. Somatic coaching brings your body back into the conversation. We use breath, sensation, awareness, and movement (not touch, in online sessions) to access what your nervous system already knows. It’s faster than talking alone, and it sticks.

Is online intimacy coaching actually effective?

Yes — and I say that from experience, not optimism. The screen creates a kind of safe container. People tell me things online they haven’t said in years. The somatic work translates. The only thing Zoom can’t do is in-person retreat work, which is why I also offer those.

Do you work online?

Yes. Most clients work with me online. In-person sessions are possible in Andalusia (Spain), depending on availability.

Who do you work with?

People of all genders. I'm especially experienced with women 50+ and midlife transitions, and I also work with couples.

I feel a lot of shame around my sexuality, can I work with you?

Accepted Answer

Oh yes, I have been there. Shame about desire, about what you want, about what your body does or doesn’t do — it’s the thing nobody names out loud. You can name it here. I won’t flinch.

I am in perimenopause or menopause, can I work with you?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and this is honestly where I feel most at home. Perimenopause and menopause change everything: desire, sensation, identity, how you relate to your body and your partner. Most of that goes undiscussed. We discuss it.

I'm postmenopausal — is it too late to reclaim my sexuality?

Accepted Answer

No. That question is the whole reason I do this work. The research is clear: sexual capacity doesn’t have an expiry date. What changes is the map. I help you read the new one.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Accepted Answer

As your coach, I walk beside you for a focused period, working together to design and build your future. While therapists help uncover and process past traumas and mental health challenges, our coaching relationship focuses on where you are now and where you want to go.

Which languages do you offer coaching in?

Accepted Answer

I provide coaching services in English, French, and Dutch, allowing you to express yourself in the language you are most comfortable with.

Question 10

Will there be physical touch during sessions?

Accepted Answer

For standard coaching sessions, there is no physical touch between client and coach. The exception is the Sensualise your Life program for couples/throuples, which includes guided touch exercises, massage, and tantric practices — all with explicit consent and clear boundaries.
