I'm Nathalie, based in the Granada province of Andalusia, and I've spent years doing this work on myself before I ever did it with clients. I work with people who are done pretending intimacy is fine when it isn't.
If desire has gone quiet, if connection feels like effort, if shame is running the show, if you're somewhere in midlife wondering who you are now — this is practical, embodied work. We go after whatever is actually in the way. No guru talk. No endless processing.
I work with somatic practices, honest conversation, and hypnosis — a tool I love to use, because it reaches what talking alone can't.

Body-Oriented Work
Your body's been trying to tell you something for years. I work a.o. from Peter Levine's and Stephen Porges' research on how the nervous system actually holds and releases what the mind can't just think its way through: breath, movement, sometimes touch work when it's called for.
Honest Conversation
I'll ask the question you've been avoiding, and I won't let you answer it with the polished version. Some sessions that's uncomfortable. It's also usually the fastest way through.
Hypnosis
Direct access to the subconscious patterns that keep you stuck. Faster than insight alone, and the effects last.
I am not afraid of sexual confusion, loss of desire, longing for more, or longing for peace. I will not be shocked by what you may never have said out loud before.
I am kind but not nice. I will tell you the truth. I believe in practical transformation, not endless processing.
All relationship styles are welcome: monogamous, polyamorous, queer, throuples, or exploring new dynamics.

You can join from anywhere, in your own safe space.
