About Me
I'm Nathalie — Belgian-born, currently living in the hills of Andalusia, on my fourth country in twenty-five years. If moving countries were a love language, I'd be fluent.
I don't work from theory. I work from a life that's asked me to rebuild more than once — a long partnership that ended, money trouble serious enough to make you recalculate what “security” even means, a leap to Corsica in 2003 that cost my partner and I both the careers we'd built (I worked in the music industry) and gave us, in return, work that actually lived near our hearts. Two children raised through all of it, both of them, against some odds, genuinely thriving.
In the years since, I've trained formally in neo-tantra, conscious BDSM, hypnosis, and NLP, and studied intimacy, sex, and relationships with the kind of appetite most people reserve for a subject they're obsessed with — because I am. There isn't much you could tell me that would surprise me, and even less that would make me flinch.
Then came perimenopause, which arrived less like a life stage and more like a home invasion. For a while I genuinely thought I was losing my mind — because that's what it can feel like when your own biology stops telling you the truth and starts gaslighting you instead. Sometimes the body just lies to you, plainly and completely, and no amount of “listening within” will fix that on its own. Learning to tell the difference between a hormonal storm and a mental health crisis, between old fear and present danger, is exactly the work I now do with the women — and the men — who come to me.
Because yes, I work with men too — especially the ones standing next to a menopausal partner, utterly baffled, wondering if the woman they married has been replaced overnight. I have a soft spot for that particular confusion. It's not a character flaw. It's just information nobody gave you.
I'm a published author of four books, eat plant based on principle, and someone with genuinely zero patience for spiritual bypassing, chakra talk, or the idea that your desire, your rage, or your confusion is due to your horoscope sign.
That's what twenty-five years of moving countries, raising children, and rebuilding from scratch more than once have given me: the ability to sit with almost anything without flinching, and the honesty to tell you what I actually see. I might also make you laugh in the middle of it, because apparently that's what I'm known for.
I love pomegranates.
